CMS Websites are established on a tested and widely used Content Management System. It includes tools to type text, add pictures and link it all together through a standard password protected web interface. All content is instantly updated on your website! All you need is a PC with an Internet connection.

My Account
The My Account section is where your Login and Account information is kept.
My Website
The My Website section allows you to make global changes. Global changes affect the entire site and greatly enhance your ability to quickly update the entire site while, at the same time, maintaining a consistent look and feel throughout the site.
You can upload a site Logo, modify the height, width and margins as well as control various text and colour settings throughout the site.
Files/Images
All files and images used in the site can be uploaded from your computer to the site via the Files/Images section.
By default, you receive 1 MB of free storage space. There is a meter showing you how much service space is used and a link so you can purchase extra disk space if required.
Articles and Site Editor
You can create custom Article (text documents) for the site using the CMS Word Processor. It has features allowing you to view the Article as a finished page or as HTML.
Pages and Site Map
The main component for designing your site in contained in the Pages section. Pages hold all your images, Articles and can be linked together to create a site that is easy to navigate. Viewers can choose the site map to get an overview of all Pages in your site for additional navigating ease.
Site Text
Site Text are strings of dynamic text used to compile the site. You can view and modify existing Site Text although you cannot create new Site Text.
News
Use News to create timely information such as press releases or other news items to let viewers know what is new about your site. News are easy to create and edit.
Events
Use Events to create a calendar listing of important dates and activities you would like people to know about when they visit your site. Events are easy to create and edit.
CMS Communication
CMS Communication is designed so you can send messages to the CMS Administrator with questions about your site, account or to purchase additional services.
- Invoices - Invoices for membership fees, multilanguage support, extra disk space or other services are created automatically and stored in the Invoices section for you to view or print. Invoices are legal documents that you can use for accounting purposes.
- Inbox - Access incoming messages and read, reply or delete when finished.
- Sent Messages - organizes all outgoing mail you have sent.
- Support/ Compose - A secure shortcut so you can quickly send a message to the CMS Administrator as you are editing your site, or other users of your website. Yuor CMS website can have more than one CMS user, to setup additional user contact your CMS Administrator.
Help
CMS Websites provides a number of avenues when help is required. There are several ways to find help quickly and easily:
- Help - A cross-referenced and searchable database to help you easily find appropriate answers to questions about your site.
- Tutorial A guide with step-by-step instructions to help you build your site.
- FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are stored in the FAQ. They are updated continually as more questions are added.
